TopMagpie is a UK-oriented affiliate publishing site that publishes independent buying guides for shoppers. For the purposes of this policy, the site is operated by TopMagpie (the “operator”, “we”, “us”).

We are based in the United Kingdom. We have not listed a Companies House number or postal street address on this page; if that changes, we will update this policy and our site configuration.

TopMagpie is currently a static content site. There is no account system, no login, and no member profiles.

In practice that means:

• We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal details through forms on the site today.
• With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous page views and performance insights. See Analytics (Vercel) below. Analytics does not load until you accept it on our cookie banner.
• Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs in order to deliver pages securely and reliably. That processing is limited to operating and protecting the site.

If you email us, we will receive whatever information you include in that message (typically your email address and the content of your enquiry) and will use it only to respond.

When you choose Accept analytics on our cookie banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics so we can understand aggregate page views and how the site performs. Vercel, Inc. acts as our processor for this service.

At a high level, Vercel Analytics collects anonymous (or aggregated) data such as: page URL / path, referrer, filtered query parameters, coarse geolocation (for example country or region), device type, browser and OS versions, and event timestamps. Vercel describes visitor identification as a hash derived from the request rather than third-party advertising cookies, and session identifiers are short-lived. We do not use this data to build marketing profiles or sell personal data.

If you choose Essential only, Analytics is not loaded and we do not send page-view events to Vercel Analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so we remember it on later visits.
